About Leah:

I’m a professional figure athlete and 2022 National and International Figure / Figure Classic Champion and am featured in Great Vegan Athletes. I’m also a registered Fitness Australia fitness coach and Precision Nutrition certified nutritionist with a doctorate (PhD) in mindset transformation. Combined with a history in dance, rehabilitation, athlete/musician performance psychology, and life coaching, I pride myself on taking a holistic and nurturing approach to coaching that sees the people I work with transform from the inside out.

I fell in love with fitness when I was 16 years old. A couple of decades of complex injuries, misdiagnoses, failed surgeries, and years of chronic pain led to a fear of doing what I loved most - physical activity. I gave up Latin dancing, rock climbing, and working out - but more than that, I couldn’t hug without it hurting. I couldn’t sit or walk without pain. My sense of self-worth was at an all-time low, my mental health suffered, and I made suboptimal life choices because I didn’t think I deserved better. But through it all, I felt this deep calling to heal, to move, to not accept others’ limitations for me and to pursue my passions and dreams.

Meet Your Coach

After years of being told I would never pursue fitness again, let alone step on the bodybuilding stage (my ultimate goal), I competed in my first season in 2022 where I became a 4-time Pro Athlete, an Australian National Figure Classique Champion and International Figure Universe Champion.

The success of the season has been amazing, but it’s not the wins that really matter. It’s what I overcame to get there and who I became through the process that holds the most meaning.

We all have our own journeys, goals and challenges in life - but I truly believe that pursuing health and fitness can be a playground for personal growth for everyone and that joy is found in realising your potential and living with intention!

I’m passionate about helping other people through their own health and fitness journeys, to connect deeply to themselves so they can create a life of confidence and vitality while cultivating a loving relationship with their body, mind and soul.

Because when people experience this, they show up in their lives differently. They inspire others. They lean into their potential and live intentionally and with purpose. This has a ripple effect on the people they connect with and out into the world. From this place, we not only feel good inside and out, but we can be of greater service to others.

At a time when we as a society feel less connected to ourselves and each other than ever, I think we can agree that this is what the world needs more of.
