Have you tried posing and been frustrated by how difficult it is when others make it look so easy? Maybe you’ve been copying videos of others but somehow know it isn’t quite right for your body.
If you’ve competed before, you likely know there are always improvements to be made and want to take your posing to another level, and if you’re new, maybe you want to jump in with proper guidance from the outset.
One of the biggest tips from all of my clients is to start learning posing early. If you wait until you’re deep into prep, when energy and focus are waning and fatigue is rising, it makes learning a new skill and putting in dedicated practice that much harder.
While each federation and category has its own stage walk and mandatory pose requirements, there is no ‘one right way’ of executing them. There is a range of options to choose from, which allows us to find those that best suit your body and optimally show off your physique (while hiding any weaknesses).

Can’t walk in heels? I have a range of exercises and tips to help you strut your stuff with ease.
Struggle to flare your lats? I have a range of exercises and approaches to help you achieve a beautiful V taper appropriate to your category.
Limited mobility and tightness impacting your ability to showcase the desired X frame or V taper? I provide simple and effective mobility exercises as needed to allow you to move freely with a greater range of motion.
Stage day nerves cause you to shake? I provide powerful cues to channel nervous energy productively and to settle the shakes.
Brand new and have no idea where to start? I build your skills from the ground up, giving you confidence every step of the way.
Experienced with posing? It’s amazing how much we can finesse to create another level of wow factor!
On top of that, sessions are so much fun! Clients regularly share that I create a safe environment for them to explore and learn, and this is accompanied by plenty of laughter and shared experiences of prep life and beyond.

Level Up 1
It’s not uncommon to start posing and preparing for stage 6+ months ahead of time, though this can often be less intensive to begin with.
Level Up 1 is for those who require less individual sessions but who would still benefit from the accountability, support, group calls and regular posing sessions offered by this membership.
Level Up 1 includes 45-minute posing sessions twice per month along with 2 x posing video feedback per month and full access to everything else outlined above.
Only $320 per month with the option to upgrade to Level Up 2 when ready
Level Up 2
Designed for those who are likely in the throes of prep, between 0-6 months away from stage, or are committed to a deeper level of growth, Level Up 2 provides weekly 45-minute individual posing/mindset sessions along with unlimited posing video feedback per month and full access to everything outlined above.
